Child Nutrition:

One 6.00 oz. 5" Round Cheese Pizza Provides 2.00 oz. Equivalent Meat Alternate, 3 Serving of Bread Alternate, and 1/4 Cup Vegetable for the Child Nutrition Meal Pattern Requirements.

Servings:60 — 6.00 oz. portion per case: size to be approximately 5" per portion.

Ingredients:

Crust:Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Shortening (Palm Oil with Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Colored with Beta Carotene), Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Calcium Propionate, L-Cysteine.

Cheese:Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes).

Sauce:Tomatoes (Water, Tomato Paste [Not Less Than 31% Soluble Solids] ), Contains 1% or Less of Onion, Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Soybean Oil, Xanthan Gum.

Hard Bid Specs:

Product contains 60 — 6.00oz. pizzas per case and must be CN labeled. Each 5" round pizza should provide a minimum of 330 calories. Each portion should provide no more than 11g total fat, 7g saturated fat and 0g trans fat. Product must contain at least 2g fiber and no more than 710mg sodium. Each 6.00oz. serving must provide 2.00oz. equivalent meat alternate, 3 servings bread/bread alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable.

Cooking Instructions:

For a crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza on a cookie sheet. Cook for 8 to 11 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.

For an extra crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza directly on center oven rack. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.

*Note:Due to oven variances, cooking times may require adjustments.
