Each 5.25oz. serving of Pizzeria Style Cheese Pizza provides 2.00oz. equivalent meat alternate, 2 1/2 servings of bread alternate, and 1/8 cup vegetable for the Child Nutrition Meal Pattern Requirements.

Ingredients:

Crust:Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Enzymes). Water, Sugar, Palm Oil with Lecithin, Soybean Oil, Yeast, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Dough Conditioners (Wheat Flour, Datem, Dextrose, Soybean Oil, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes, L-Cysteine).

Cheese:Low Moisture-Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Cultured, Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes).

Sauce:Tomatoes (Water, Tomato Paste [Not Less Than 31% Soluble Solids]), Contains 1% or Less of: Onion, Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Soybean Oil, Xanthan Gum.

Hard Bid Specs:

Product contains 64 IQF portions per case and must be CN labeled. Each 8" wedge must provide a minimum of 340 calories. Each portion should provide no more than 14g total fat, 8g saturated fat and 0g trans fat. Product should contain no more than 570mg sodium. Each 5.25oz. serving must provide 2.00oz. equivalent meat/meat alternate, 2 1/2 servings bread/bread alternate and 1/8 cup vegetable.

Cooking Instructions:

For a crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza on a cookie sheet. Cook for 8 to 11 minutes or until cheese melted and crust edges are golden brown.

For an extra crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza directly on center oven rack. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.
